How do I set up my profile?

After downloading Sunny Pal, open the app and follow the onboarding process. You'll be guided through taking a selfie or manually selecting your skin tone, and then choosing your tanning goals. This information helps us create your personalized tanning routine.

Can I change my skin tone or goals later?

Yes! You can update your profile information at any time. Simply go to Settings > Profile and adjust your skin tone or tanning goals. Your routine will automatically update based on your new preferences.

Is my data secure?

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data, including photos, is processed locally on your device. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Using Your Routine

How do I follow my tanning routine?

Your personalized routine will be available on the home screen. Simply tap on it to view the detailed steps, including preparation, SPF recommendations, tanning duration for front and back, and aftercare instructions. Follow each step for optimal results.

What if the weather changes?

Sunny Pal automatically adjusts your routine based on current UV levels. If the weather changes, your app will update with modified recommendations to ensure safe tanning conditions.

Can I track my progress?

Yes! Sunny Pal includes a tanning journal where you can track each session and see your progress over time. You can also take progress photos to compare your tan development.

Subscription and Billing

What's included in the free version?

The free version of Sunny Pal includes basic skin tone analysis and general tanning guidelines. For personalized routines and advanced features, you'll need to upgrade to Sunny Pal Premium.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) account settings. There, you can view your subscription status, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are handled directly through the App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. If you're experiencing issues with your subscription, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
